I’m a Principal Product Designer and hybrid design leader with 15+ years of experience designing enterprise platforms, consumer products, and brand-driven digital ecosystems. My work sits at the intersection of systems thinking, human behavior, and business outcomes—translating complexity into experiences that are scalable, accessible, and meaningful.

I believe strong products are built through research-informed decisions, clear strategy, and rigorous execution. User-centered design is not at odds with business goals; at its best, it is how organizations achieve them. I’m equally committed to crafting intuitive experiences and shaping the systems, frameworks, and partnerships that allow those experiences to scale.

Across my career, I’ve worked both agency-side and in-house, leading initiatives that span discovery through delivery: UX research and synthesis, interaction and systems design, prototyping, content strategy, in-app experiences, and platform development. I’m comfortable operating in fast-moving environments that demand quick, confident decisions, as well as longer-horizon efforts that require deep research, alignment, and thoughtful iteration. Regardless of pace, I approach every problem with a strategic lens and a focus on long-term impact.

Today, my work increasingly centers on enterprise platforms and AI-enabled design. I’m deeply interested in how emerging technologies—particularly generative AI—are reshaping not just products, but the way teams research, design, and make decisions. I’ve pursued ongoing education through organizations such as Nielsen Norman Group, Rosenfeld Media, and the Interaction Design Foundation, including advanced training in UX leadership and UX for AI. My goal is not simply to use AI tools, but to help define what thoughtful, responsible, and human-centered AI experiences should be.

I believe the future of UX lies in co-creating with intelligent systems, while maintaining clarity, trust, and agency for the people using them.

Outside of work, I’m a mom and lifelong maker. My family and I live in Colorado, where we spend time hiking, backcountry snowboarding, and chasing big skies and quiet moments. When I’m off the grid, you’ll find me in my studio tending to rare plants, making custom jewelry, or blending botanical fragrances for my independent brand, Subrosa Botanicals.

“I met Lesley when she first began practicing product design. At the time, my team's strengths were mostly UX so and I relied heavily on Lesley's UI skills to compliment our efforts. Lesley was eager to learn new concepts on modern product management and design thinking and caught on very quickly. She eventually began leading out efforts for UX, UI, and research on the product team. She also was a critical piece of crafting our DSM.
Lesley's character is one you can trust. She works hard and always delivers.”
